Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Marketing Operations, Marketing Tech, CRM Administration, Project Operations, or related operational role.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Legal, Finance, and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple teams/time zones.
• Experience with Google Workspace and a mindset for AI/automation in operations.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with global/international teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational support with Marketing Ops lead across multiple workstreams.
• Support Senior Director of International Marketing and Global Brand Team with planning and execution.
• Assist in developing campaign wrap-up materials and marketing reporting.
• Maintain and optimize marketing processes, templates, and playbooks.
• Help forecast, plan resources, and manage assets and workflows.
