Job summary

360Learning, a leading B2B SaaS platform, seeks a Global VP Marketing to own strategies and accelerate growth worldwide. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape marketing across regions, with a focus on North America and international expansion.

You will unite product marketing, brand, content and demand generation, building a high-performing team of 20+ and partnering with Sales, Product and Customer teams to drive demand, awareness and revenue in a fast-evolving market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Master of at least 3 of the following functions: product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, brand.
• Outstanding communication skills and vocal market presence.
• Servant leadership style to lead a team of 20+.
• Fluent English (US/UK).
• Experience in rebranding/renaming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own global marketing strategy and organization.
• Sharpen positioning and brand leadership across markets.
• Build a high-performing marketing engine driving revenue growth.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Customer teams on GTM across key markets, esp. North America.
• Lead and grow a marketing team of 20+ professionals.
