Job summary

TD Securities in Belfast, UK is seeking an Operations Analyst III for the Margin and Collateral Operations team. You will work independently and with the global Margin team to ensure House Risk and regulatory margin requirements are met for US Cash Prime, US Synthetic Prime and Europe Synthetic Prime relationships.

You will develop relationships across Operations, Prime Broker Client Services and Risk Management, handle client asset transfers, escalate issues, and contribute to process

Qualifications

• Experience with US Cash Prime, US Synthetic Prime, Europe Synthetic Prime preferred.
• Knowledge of Regulation T, FINRA 4210(g) and Swap Regulation preferred.
• Ability to coordinate cross-entity teams across global partners.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and cooperatively with the Margin team globally to ensure House Risk and regulatory margin requirements are met in a timely fashion for US Cash Prime, US Synthetic Prime and Europe Synthetic Prime relationships.
• Develop relationships with Operations, Prime Broker Client Services and Risk Management to ensure partnership and efficient operation.
• Facilitate and approve client asset transfers using proprietary firm systems.
• Escalate violations and unresolved margin deficiencies to Margin Management and risk partners.
• Collaborate with Credit and Risk teams to implement Margin policy and provide metrics and trend analysis.
