Bacardi is seeking a senior Global Process Lead for Make, responsible for Manufacturing and Maintenance process ownership across the enterprise. You will drive TPM excellence, define end‑to‑end process architecture, and embed SAP S/4HANA-enabled execution across global sites.

You will lead a transformation program, balance global standards with local realities, and deliver measurable improvements in reliability, safety and cost competitiveness.

• Senior manufacturing and maintenance leadership with track record embedding Maintenance Excellence and TPM.
• Experience translating operational needs into SAP S/4HANA‑enabled execution.
• Ability to balance global standardization with local realities in a global matrix.

Aufgaben

• Lead global Manufacturing & Maintenance process ownership across preventive, predictive, reactive and calibration maintenance models.
• Own global process taxonomy and governance for Manufacturing & Maintenance with visibility into performance.
• Guide fit‑to‑standard process design aligned with TPM practices.
• Lead TPM program design and future state operating model across sites and digital ways of working.
• Develop the Connected Frontline Worker roadmap for Manufacturing & Maintenance.
• Identify and deliver AI/analytics use cases for shop floor (predictive maintenance, quality insights).
• Partner with OT/IT/Digital to integrate SAP S/4HANA with MES/CMMS and IIoT platforms.
• Set standards for AI‑enabled work execution with human‑in‑the‑loop monitoring.
• Lead TPM Operating Model and end‑to‑end TPM processes (AM, PM, FI, EEM, etc.).
• Ensure TPM processes integrate with Make, Maintenance, Quality, Safety and EHS.
