Qualifications

• 5+ years in PR, communications or brand leadership within luxury fashion
• Strong global network across top-tier media, stylists, talent, influencers
• Exceptional storytelling ability, with excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns and shoots, including managing budgets
• Strategic and creative with strong commercial awareness
• Proven leadership skills and ability to develop high-performing teams
• Highly organized with strong project management
• Confident across digital platforms, social media and analytics tools
• Affinity with the HUISHAN ZHANG brand

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global PR and communications strategy within luxury fashion
• Grow organic reach and awareness through earned media and partnerships
• Build and manage a dressing strategy with stylists and talent
• Shape and evolve the brand narrative across all channels and markets
• Partner with Design to translate each collection into storytelling
• Lead budgets and campaigns for shoots, ensuring on-time delivery
• Oversee shows, launches and brand events, including boutique activations
• Set direction for social media and digital communications to amplify PR
• Own the communications budget and collaborate with wholesale/retail teams
• Lead and develop the communications team with clear priorities
