Job summary

DRVN Automotive Group in Scotland's Perth area seeks an experienced Dealer Network Manager to lead an international dealer portfolio, drive performance and protect brand quality. You will partner with dealer owners and senior teams to strengthen capability and expand the network while delivering premium customer experiences.

You will monitor performance, coordinate onboarding, conduct business reviews, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to ensure timely product

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for international dealer partners.
• Lead business reviews on sales, customer experience, and brand compliance.
• Support dealers in achieving sales, marketing and journey objectives.
• Manage dealer onboarding and appointment processes.
• Monitor dealer performance against targets and forecast market potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Identify opportunities for new dealer appointments and market expansion.
