Job summary

JD.com is seeking a Product Operations Manager to define, optimize, and oversee end-to-end logistics and fulfilment workflows across our global supply chain. You will own the full lifecycle of logistics features, ensuring efficient, reliable, and scalable processes in partnership with engineering and operations teams.

This role requires strong data-driven thinking, KPI definition, and the ability to translate feedback from customers, merchants, and internal stakeholders into actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, SCM, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in product operations or related ecommerce roles.
• Proven ability to define scalable processes and KPIs.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience creating training materials and rollout plans.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and define logistics and fulfillment product backlogs.
• Synthesize feedback into insights to guide priorities.
• Define product success metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on logistics initiatives.
• Support feature launches with beta programs and controlled rollouts.
• Operate onsite in London, Rotterdam, or Paris.
