Job summary

ME Global Inc in Norwich is seeking a Logistics Customer Service Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound shipments, order processing, and delivery scheduling while delivering excellent customer service across the order lifecycle.

You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, and external partners, use SAP and MS Office, and drive process improvements to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate shipping records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in logistics, customer service, supply chain, order management, or sales support.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and transport coordination concepts preferred.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office for reporting and order management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from entry to final delivery.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve logistics-related issues.
• Support international shipment coordination, tracking freight, customs clearance, and delivery arrangements.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Schedule deliveries with customers, warehouses, and transport providers.
• Maintain shipping records and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
• Utilize SAP and MS Office to manage orders, inventory, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and customer service.
