Job summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking a Head of Global Logistics to lead the execution of the company’s global logistics strategy across a regulated, seasonal vaccine manufacturing network. You will own the logistics operating model, drive cost optimisation, and ensure compliance across transport, warehousing, and distribution while partnering with commercial and manufacturing functions.

Qualifications

University degree plus 12+ years in supply chain logistics, with supervisory experience.
Experience supervising technical specialists in logistics.
Strong knowledge of GDP, cGMP, tax, customs, and global trade compliance.

Responsibilities

Owns and executes a global logistics strategy aligned to long‑term forecasts and product plans.
Provides governance for global logistics policies, procedures, and standards including GDP and customs compliance.
Leads external partners and vendor governance to meet safety, cost and resilience targets.
Partners with Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and other functions to integrate logistics with business objectives.
Leads and develops a global logistics leadership team and sponsors continuous improvement.
