Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in pharmacovigilance, literature surveillance, or related safety operations.
• Strong understanding of local literature surveillance requirements across multiple territories.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourced local literature surveillance operations and vendor governance to ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery.
• Provide leadership in local literature surveillance processes and safety systems.
• Own governance for controlled documents, policies, procedures, and global standards.
• Build partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders across regions to ensure alignment and regulatory compliance.
• Drive standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement across processes and systems.
• Collaborate across time zones to support effective oversight and decision-making.
