Job summary

ER Productions is seeking a Project Manager to oversee live event projects and touring assignments. You will liaise with clients and ER’s creative department, craft technical plans, prepare quotations, and manage budgets and suppliers.

Occasional site visits are required to maintain client relationships across local and international venues. Candidates should have 4+ years in live events, 3+ years in touring within a technical team, and 2+ years in project management for live events, plus a

Qualifications

At least 4 years experience in the live events industry.
At least 3 years experience in the touring industry within a technical department.
At least 2 years experience in a project management role within the live events industry.
A full driving licence.

Responsibilities

Liaising with clients and working with ER’s creative department to work on a variety of jobs like tours or installations.
Create technical plans and provide information for the show event.
Creating quotations and negotiate on pricing.
Manage project budgets and suppliers.
Create and provide safety information to clients.
Liaise with ER’s tech team to ensure the event is delivered to the highest standard and meets the clients expectations
Will be required to attend sites occasionally to form client relationships (locally and internationally)
