Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning to execution in creative projects.
• Oversee the delivery of technical elements including rigging, audio, and lighting systems.
• Manage production budgets and logistics across multiple projects.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of temporary structures including truss, rigging, layher

Specialist production knowledge of lighting, video, audio, and LED products

Experience in leading teams in the build and installation of large-scale temporary structures

Effective supply chain management

Team assembly and resource allocation

Knowledge of best practice and health & safety awareness

IT proficient - expert use of Excel required

Exceptional interpersonal abilities

Budget management

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Strong relationship management skills

Pragmatic approach to problem solving

Attention to detail

Full UK driving licence
