Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA advantageous but not required.
• Minimum 12+ years in consulting or pharma/life sciences with progression.
• Strong commitment to life sciences and healthcare space.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and delivering client engagements.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Advisory Services and DTAS ecosystem.
• Own client engagements end-to-end, ensuring satisfaction and value.
• Shape actionable recommendations and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to thought leadership and practice development.
