What You'll Do
BCG has recently embarked on a transformation journey of Learning@BCG. We have an ambitious vision and roadmap to evolve and expand how our people learn and develop, across all our talent groups. As part of this journey, the MDP L&D function is driving an exciting North Star Vision which reimagines how we approach learning for the most senior leaders in our firm.
As Regional Global Learning Architect Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering BCG’s learning strategy on a global scale. You will lead from the strategy to the execution, of the Core MDP learning journey within your region. You will ensure seamless run-the-business (RTB) execution of the journey, escalate areas of concern to Global Learning Architect Director, maintain proximity to the business and act as a strategic partner to stakeholders (e.g., ODC, PSG, Client Team, Regional Leadership Team) to ensure relevance and impact in the allocated region.
By networking with other regional and global team members, you will help design and develop learning concepts based on the latest methodologies and technologies. You will also lead journey improvement projects, such as enhancing journey linkages, measuring impact, and integrating topics across journeys.
At the journey level, you will manage vendor relationships, including onboarding and supporting new facilitators in the region. You will host major events like MDPO and BDA Workshops, acting as a business partner and supporting facilitators, while also providing coaching navigation support when needed.
