Who We Are

Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.

To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures—and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

What You'll Do

BCG has recently embarked on a transformation journey of Learning@BCG. We have an ambitious vision and roadmap to evolve and expand how our people learn and develop, across all our talent groups. As part of this journey, the MDP L&D function is driving an exciting North Star Vision which reimagines how we approach learning for the most senior leaders in our firm.

As Regional Global Learning Architect Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering BCG’s learning strategy on a global scale. You will lead from the strategy to the execution, of the Core MDP learning journey within your region. You will ensure seamless run-the-business (RTB) execution of the journey, escalate areas of concern to Global Learning Architect Director, maintain proximity to the business and act as a strategic partner to stakeholders (e.g., ODC, PSG, Client Team, Regional Leadership Team) to ensure relevance and impact in the allocated region.

By networking with other regional and global team members, you will help design and develop learning concepts based on the latest methodologies and technologies. You will also lead journey improvement projects, such as enhancing journey linkages, measuring impact, and integrating topics across journeys.

At the journey level, you will manage vendor relationships, including onboarding and supporting new facilitators in the region. You will host major events like MDPO and BDA Workshops, acting as a business partner and supporting facilitators, while also providing coaching navigation support when needed.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

  • Navigating complexity and ambiguity by bringing structure to problems and clarity to solutions through critical thinking and analytical rigor
  • Building trusted, collaborative relationships across geographies, seniorities, and functions to create alignment and foster partnership in a global environment.
  • Managing a diverse set of stakeholders by balancing priorities, driving alignment, and engaging with empathy and credibility across all levels.
  • Communicating with clarity, professionalism, and presence in both written and verbal formats, effectively influencing decisions and engaging global audiences.
  • Taking ownership from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes through strong organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Working with agility and adaptability, embracing change, collaborating across cultures and time zones, and maintaining a growth mindset.

What You'll Bring

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, talent development, or a related field, ideally in a complex or global organization.
  • Proven ability to work across geographies and cultures, with experience navigating matrixed environments and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables with a high level of autonomy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages and adapt content to different audiences.
  • Demonstrated comfort working with data to inform decision-making and improve program effectiveness.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and collaborating effectively across diverse teams to drive alignment and shared outcomes.
  • A university degree; advanced education or certification in learning, organizational development, or a related field is a plus.

Who You'll Work With

You’ll be part of the Global MDP Learning & Development team, closely collaborating with other L&D leaders, content experts, external vendors, and senior consulting leaders across the globe to deliver programs that set the foundation for BCG's talent.
