You’ll act as L&D partner to leads, identify capability gaps, and collaborate to foster a growth mindset. You’ll own onboarding experiences and manage our Learning Experience Platform to drive adoption and learning impact. This role thrives in a fast-paced digital consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in instructional design and workshop facilitation.
• Experience with LXPs and modern digital learning tools.
• Ability to align learning interventions with business goals and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver blended learning solutions, including workshops, bite-sized modules, and digital learning nudges.
• Build scalable development pathways focused on core consultancy skills, leadership capability, and personal growth.
• Own onboarding experiences and lead wider group learning initiatives to boost engagement and value alignment.
• Track learning analytics to measure ROI and refine offerings across multiple regions.
