Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver global leadership development programmes, supporting planning and execution of face-to-face, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
• Manage and enhance digital leadership learning, including online environments and user adoption of features.
• Lead programme operations and logistics, coordinating events, webinars, schedules, communications and engagement.
• Use data and insights to improve learner engagement, programme impact, and KPI metrics.
• Provide end-to-end programme administration including budget tracking, invoices, and vendor coordination.
