Job summary

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Global Lead Electrical Engineer for a remote, permanent role. You will lead global electrical strategy for data centre projects and provide technical leadership across multiple programs.

You will engage with clients and senior stakeholders, mentor regional teams and help drive standardisation and best practices in power systems worldwide.

Qualifications

• Extensive data centre electrical engineering experience in hyperscale, colocation or mission-critical environments.
• Expert knowledge of power systems including 400kV infrastructure, substations, MV/LV distribution, UPS, switchgear and protection.
• Strong pre-construction, concept engineering, bids and feasibility study experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global electrical engineering strategy for data centre projects and act as primary power systems SME.
• Support client engagements, technical workshops, bids and stakeholder meetings on complex electrical matters.
• Mentor regional engineering teams and drive engineering best practices and standardisation globally.
