Job summary

Freyr Solutions is seeking a Global Labeling Lead for a 10–12 month fixed-term role. The position spans multiple locations including the UK and Europe, focusing on strategic labeling communications and cross-functional collaboration within Global Regulatory teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with substantial labeling experience, and holds a BSc with an advanced scientific degree preferred. Strong regulatory and leadership capabilities are required.

Qualifications

• BSc degree, preferred; BA accepted.
• Advanced scientific degree (MSc, PhD, or PharmD) preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, incl. 6 years labeling experience or 5+ years regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Escalates issues to Global Labeling management and GRL with risk mitigation proposals.
• Cultivates relationships across labeling cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication.
• Conducts precedent searches and analyzes labeling trends to shape labeling language (TLP, CCDS, USPI, EU SmPC).
• Represents Global Labeling in Global Regulatory Team and coordinates with US/EU labeling ops and vendors.
• Supports Health Authority inspections by providing labeling information requests.
• Oversees labeling activities managed by external vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of labeling processes.
