Job summary

Freyr Solutions is seeking a Global Labeling Lead for a 10–12 month fixed term role across Europe, including the UK. You will lead labeling strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with US/EU labeling expectations.

In this role you will manage vendor labeling and support inspections, drive continuous improvement of labeling processes, and partner with GRA and global teams to deliver timely, compliant labeling for client products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharma; includes 6 years labeling or 5+ years regulatory experience.
• Strategic regulatory thinking and ability to execute clear strategies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience supporting health authority inspections.
• Educational background: BSc preferred; MSc/PhD/PharmD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escalate issues to Global Labeling management and propose risk mitigation.
• Develop labeling strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct precedent searches and analyze competitor labeling for strategy.
• Represent Global Labeling at GRT; liaise with US/EU operations.
• Support Health Authority inspections with labeling information requests.
• Oversee external vendor labeling activities for assigned products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of labeling processes.
