Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Exposure to the OpenEdge application development platform is a key prerequisite.
• Around 2+ years' experience within an IT or software development environment.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, relational databases, web technologies, and system integrations.

• Develop and support software solutions used within warehouse management and contract logistics operations.
• Assist in delivering strategic and tactical technology initiatives aligned with business and customer roadmaps.
• Support analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of production system issues.
• Follow SDLC, change management, and service management best practices.
• Collaborate with global IT teams including infrastructure, security, project management, integration, and business system functions.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancement of applications that support complex customer supply chain requirements.
• Build expertise in core software technologies used across designated customer accounts.
• Support new product launches, business implementations, and application improvements.
• Help ensure system reliability, performance, and service delivery against targets.
