Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in either IT Service Management, IT Operations, or IT Governance.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience operating in complex multinational organizations with multiple stakeholders and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and document ITSM processes across global domains.
• Ensure consistent global process governance and execution.
• Standardize ITSM across Munich Re group entities.
• QA checks to identify gaps and remediation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit, regulatory and risk requirements.
• Collaborate with IRM to align IT processes with risk management policies.
• Oversee ITSM audit findings and remediation.
• Lead digital transformation of ITSM capabilities.
• Provide training and awareness on ITSM processes.
• Lead a global team of IT experts and coordinate with other IT units globally.
• Develop and maintain global governance framework, standards and strategic roadmap.
• Lead the Global Process Owner team and set objectives for Process Owners.
