Qualificações

• 7+ years in IT support operations, including 3 years leading international support teams.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices across Incident, Problem, Change.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience for workflow configuration and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead international IT support function as primary escalation point.
• Own day-to-day performance of the international support team.
• Act as escalation point for high-priority incidents impacting international offices.
