Job summary

Parkside Recruitment in London, UK, seeks a Group Technology Manager for an international remit across the UK, Europe and North America. This permanent, senior leadership role will own the technology strategy and infrastructure as the business undergoes a carve‑out and transformation.

You will lead a geographically distributed IT function, standardise systems, manage budgets and partner with external consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior technology leadership roles across multi-site organisations.
• Proven track record delivering IT transformation and major systems change.
• Broad experience across ERP, CRM, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and data/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the group‑wide IT strategy and technology roadmap.
• Lead the standalone IT infrastructure following a business carve‑out.
• Partner with external consultants during transformation and implementation.
• Oversee ERP, CRM, rental/asset management and data/reporting platforms.
• Lead cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, DR and BC strategies.
• Drive standardisation of systems, vendors and technology across countries.
• Manage and develop IT Managers and Specialists across multiple regions.
• Oversee budgeting and ensure commercial return on technology investments.
