Job summary

Collinson Group seeks an experienced Project Manager in IT to lead complex, cross-functional global initiatives from initiation to closure. You will plan, execute and report progress within time and budget constraints, coordinating with EUC, Cloud, SecOps, Network and Voice Engineers.

The role requires strong technical understanding, stakeholder management and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within IT.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum or related methodologies.
• Experience with cross-functional global teams and remote or distributed teams.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development and system integration.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones and resources.
• Lead cross-functional IT teams and coordinate tasks across multiple domains.
• Monitor progress with dashboards and reports; ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs using formal change control.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
• Develop risk management plans and contingency strategies.
• Consolidate lessons learned and close projects with proper documentation.
