Estarta Poland is seeking a Transformational Project Manager with extensive experience in the UKI Finance sector to articulate process and service transitions challenges for broad transformational programs and support the cultural shift within the customer operations team.

The role requires onsite work in London/UK with a track record in delivering complex infrastructure programs, governance, and senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant Certifications (Advantageous): CCNP Data Center / Enterprise or CCIE (written/active).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum. ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or Practitioner (Change, Release, Incident).

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end operational roadmap, change governance, risk mitigation, and executive milestone reporting for global Data Center modernization initiatives.
• Lead multi-phase infrastructure lifecycle programs across high-density data centers in the UK, US, and APAC - including modular spine supervisor upgrades, controller firmware normalizations, and multi-hop software release migrations.
• Drive comprehensive pre-implementation validation, pre-upgrade health assessments, and end-to-end testing cycles to guarantee non-disruptive execution in 24/7 financial production environments.
• Direct and align multidisciplinary engineering teams, consulting architects, technical support specialists, and partner engineering squads.
• Serve as the trusted delivery partner to the client's Technology Infrastructure Services, Operations, and Architecture leadership, translating complex technical dependencies into clear operational milestones.

This role will need to help articulate the process and service transitions challenges expected for such a broad transformational programmer and help with the cultural shift that this will need within the customer operations team.

Preferred Qualifications

What You Bring

• Proven Delivery Track Record: 8+ years of technical service delivery, network delivery management, or complex infrastructure program leadership within global enterprise or financial services environments.
• Data Center & SDN Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Data Center networking architectures, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), and Cisco ACI (Nexus 9000 switches, APIC controllers, Spine/Leaf topology, Multi-Pod/Multi-Site).
• Testing & Migration Acumen: Demonstrated experience orchestrating structured testing cycles, migration implementation plans (MIPs), defect remediation, and rollback strategies for critical core infrastructure.
• Outage Prevention & Risk Governance: Deep familiarity with strict enterprise change management processes, maintenance window execution, and high-availability operational standards.
• Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to lead technical deep dives with architects while delivering crisp, strategic updates to C-level and director-level stakeholders
