Job summary

Edbury Daley, in partnership with a leading global consultancy, is seeking an experienced IT procurement professional to drive IT category strategy, strategic sourcing and supplier management across complex client engagements.

You will own end-to-end procurement initiatives, lead workshops, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable commercial outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT procurement, strategic sourcing or category management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams across global client engagements.
• Develop and execute IT procurement and category strategies.
• Lead complex sourcing and commercial initiatives from identification to implementation.
• Conduct supplier research, market analysis and commercial assessments.
• Build robust data bases and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve value, supplier performance and outcomes.
• Track benefits and ensure delivery aligns with milestones.
• Engage client stakeholders to challenge thinking and align priorities.
• Lead and contribute to workshops and senior discussions.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to client and internal teams.
• Support the development of high-performing teams and growth of the practice.
