Job summary

Games Workshop is seeking a Head of IT on a 2-year fixed-term contract to lead our global IT and customer technology capability, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. You will shape strategy, oversee information security, major systems changes and support warhammer.com.

You will build an outstanding IT and Digital team, set clear expectations, manage budgets, align technology with business needs, and drive resilience, security, and value from investments across the group.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in a large organisation.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and service delivery.
• Ability to make evidence-based decisions and explain complex technology in plain English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the global IT plan and strategy.
• Oversee information security, risk management and compliance.
• Lead major technology programmes and significant change initiatives.
• Ensure stability and performance of customer-facing platforms such as warhammer.com.
