Job summary

SiriusPoint is seeking a Head of IT Delivery to lead its global technology delivery organization and drive execution excellence across the enterprise portfolio.

This leader will oversee portfolio delivery, resource planning, and delivery execution across IT, partnering with Transformation Office, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Data & AI, and business stakeholders to ensure predictable, value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• More than 15 years in insurance/reinsurance with broad domain knowledge.
• 10+ years in at least three disciplines (architecture, development, data, ops) in multi‑tier environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of SiriusPoint’s enterprise IT portfolio.
• Prioritize initiatives based on value, alignment, and regulatory obligations.
• Manage portfolio roadmaps and enterprise delivery dependencies.
• Ensure delivery commitments meet scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes.
• Develop capacity planning and manage budget forecasts for IT portfolio.
