Job summary

SiriusPoint is seeking a Head of IT Delivery to lead its global technology delivery organization. You will oversee planning, governance, and delivery across the enterprise portfolio, collaborating with Transformation Office, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Data & AI, and Product Leaders.

Reporting to the CTO, you will drive predictable, value-driven outcomes. You will manage portfolio delivery, resource planning, and delivery execution, ensuring regulatory compliance, cost management,

Qualifications

Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
15+ years in insurance/reinsurance domains across multiple functions.
10+ years across at least three disciplines (architecture, development, analysis, operations).
5+ years in strategic/operational planning or business analysis.
Proven track record leading large transformations and technology portfolios.
Strong financial, vendor, and governance experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Familiar with AWS and cloud-native technologies (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
Experience with SDLC, ITIL, and various delivery models (agile, waterfall, hybrid).
Strong cost-benefit, budgeting, and risk management skills.
Exposure to emerging technologies and processing environments.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of SiriusPoint’s enterprise IT portfolio.
Prioritize initiatives based on business value, regulatory obligations, and resources.
Manage portfolio roadmaps and dependencies; ensure delivery aligned with objectives.
Establish and maintain project, program, and portfolio management best practices.
Drive governance standards, delivery discipline, and adherence to scope, schedule and budgets.
Oversee resource planning, CapEx/OpEx, and vendor costs with transparent reporting.
Partner with Architecture and IT Governance to meet SDLC, architecture standards, and controls.
Develop delivery metrics, KPIs and executive dashboards; drive continuous improvement.
Build partnerships with executives and stakeholders to foster accountability and execution.

Education

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience
