Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group seeks an experienced Invoicing Product Manager to shape and lead a global invoicing product powering how customers are charged for travel and services. You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle from strategy to scalable, automated invoicing across markets.

Collaborate with Finance, Technology and Commercial teams to deliver compliant, data-driven invoicing experiences. Dynamics 365 experience is imperative for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management focused on invoicing/billing.
• Experience in corporate multi-market environments preferred.
• Hands-on with transaction fees, billing rules, and customer invoicing models.

Responsibilities

• Own global invoicing product roadmap across markets.
• Develop scalable invoicing models balancing global consistency with local requirements.
• Define data requirements to support accurate invoicing, compliance, and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end invoice generation, validation, and distribution.
• Drive automation and reduce manual intervention in invoicing processes.
