Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Investigations Program Expert to design, develop, and execute complex investigative strategies for the Worldwide Operations Security (WWOS) organization.

You will work across regions to build scalable programs that support field operations and leadership decision-making. The role requires translating policy into real-world applications, leading end-to-end projects, and traveling to support regional teams and launches.

Qualifications

• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data analysis and using metrics to drive program improvements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Relevant degree or degree equivalent in security-related, business, or program management fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement investigative strategies, frameworks, and programs across theft and fraud workstreams at a global scale.
• Support end-to-end program delivery, including design, implementation, measurement, and iteration.
• Translate Amazon Security Policies into scalable, real-world investigative applications that address known and emerging risks.
• Conduct analytical deep dives to identify root causes of risk and support the resolution of major incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Partner with regional investigative teams and cross-functional stakeholders to implement, measure, and refine investigative programs.
• Manage program metrics, adoption, and compliance; compile data-driven recommendations for senior leadership review.
• Coordinate with WWOS stakeholders to align on deliverables, timelines, and performance outcomes.
• Make sound, data-informed decisions in a fast-moving global environment with shifting priorities.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support regional teams, program launches, and business units.
