Our operations network, known for its speed, accuracy, and exceptional service, delivers millions of packages to Amazon customers every day. To keep our operations network secure and ensure operational continuity, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Investigations Program Expert. In this key role, you will provide investigations as a service across our Worldwide Operations Security (WWOS) organization through the design, development, and execution of complex investigative strategies, frameworks, and programs that support regional investigative teams and field personnel globally. Operating at a global scale with significant ambiguity, you will translate strategic intent into operational reality - building the systems, standards, and tools that enable the investigations function to operate effectively at scale.
Working in partnership with our stakeholders, Security and Loss Prevention secures the Amazon supply chain end-to-end and promotes security during business conversations. The Investigations team is a support function to Security and Loss Prevention Field Operations, responsible for the management, development, and conclusion of investigative activity. Our team provides support, guidance, and direction on a broad range of investigative issues — from theft of inventory and workplace incidents to complex, sophisticated fraud involving multiple bad actors, stakeholders, and marketplaces.
