Job summary

HelloKindred is seeking an Intune Transformation Lead for a Global Bank. The role drives a modern, cloud-managed workplace using Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Windows Autopilot, across global teams.

You will shape strategy, governance and operating models, guiding large multi-region delivery while aligning with security and regulatory requirements. Hybrid work 3 days in office, and strong executive communications skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise endpoint management transformations at scale.
• Proven track record delivering global workplace programmes > 20,000 endpoints.
• Deep expertise with Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot, and Defender for Endpoint.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Modern Management roadmap for global desktops.
• Lead large transformation projects replacing legacy endpoint tools with cloud-native solutions.
• Develop business cases, target operating models and migration plans.
• Coordinate across Infrastructure, Security, Risk, Compliance and leadership.
• Ensure delivery on milestones, budgets and risk management.
