Job summary

Pracyva is partnering with a Global Bank to appoint an Intune Transformation Lead who will drive a cloud-first Modern Management programme for end-user computing. You will oversee strategy, architecture, and cross‑regional delivery to migrate from legacy desktop management to a secure, cloud-managed workplace.

The role requires deep Intune expertise, strong programme leadership, and the ability to align stakeholders across Infrastructure, Security and Risk to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise endpoint management transformations.
• Proven track record delivering global workplace transformation programmes with 20,000+ endpoints.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management technologies.
• Experience migrating from legacy management platforms (Group Policy, imaging, third-party tools).
• Experience in regulated environments such as Banking or Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise roadmap for Modern Management across the global desktop estate.
• Lead large-scale transformation programmes replacing legacy endpoint management with cloud-native capabilities.
• Develop business cases, target operating models, and migration plans.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across Infrastructure, Security, Risk, Compliance, Architecture, and Business leadership.
• Ensure delivery against milestones, budgets, risks, and outcomes.
