As 'Global Internal Communications Manager – Strategy, Content and Channels' you will play a hands-on role in supporting the delivery of the firm’s internal communications plan, amplifying the firm’s strategy and brand to colleagues through our global and UK channels.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our global internal communications channels, including managing the internal editorial calendar, updating intranet page layouts, and sourcing, drafting, editing and publishing stories aligned to our strategic areas of focus. You will also lead the development and cascade of our weekly global newsletter, managing the cadence of activity across our channels with an omnichannel mindset, reaching relevant stakeholders through the right channels at the right time.
In addition, you will support the Head of UK Communications in delivering UK-specific communications, including the bi-weekly newsletter, the Lunch with Leaders employee engagement programme, London Town Halls and other priority local events. You will share responsibility for UK channel governance, communications planning and publishing, and will help develop video content from initial concept through to filming, managing editing and final delivery.
The role will have a strong focus on driving engagement and measuring and analysing the effectiveness of communications, using data and insights to demonstrate outcomes and inform continuous improvement.
You will report to the Global Internal Communications Lead – Strategy, Content and Channels and work as part of the Internal Communications team within the Brand, Communications & Public Affairs (BCPA) function.
You will collaborate with regional and local communications leads, the creative and digital teams, and key stakeholders across the business, including Marketing, external communications and senior leadership to support the management of an internal editorial process that aligns with external activity and internal priorities, while ensuring content is globally relevant.
You will also work directly with the Head of UK Communications to support UK-specific communications needs, initiatives and events.
From your first day with us, you will have varied opportunities to continuously grow and development your skills and knowledge. From formal training, informal coaching and mentoring through to skills-based and technical training and on the job learning.
This role follows our 'balanced' hybrid working approach and as long as business needs allow, you will be supported to work in a hybrid way in line with the hybrid working policy.
When you join Clifford Chance, you will have access to a broad range of benefits to support you across many aspects of your personal and professional life including financial, wellbeing, lifestyle, and family friendly benefits.
