Job summary

Haleon is seeking a senior communications professional to lead the global internal communications and engagement for the Enterprise Transformation Programme, enabled by SAP S/4HANA. Responsibilities

• Support the Global Head of Internal Communications in developing and delivering an integrated communications and engagement strategy for the Enterprise Transformation Programme, aligned with transformation milestones, business priorities and Haleon's Win as One Strategy.
• Lead the day-to-day, coordination and delivery of communications and engagement activity across the key programme activities including programme mobilisation, design, readiness, deployment, and adoption phases.
• Act as a senior communications partner to Enterprise Transformation leadership and programme stakeholders, providing clear and constructive counsel on communications planning, narrative, audiences, messages, channels, sequencing, and engagement.
• Lead on the creation and maintenance of a compelling programme narrative and messaging framework that help colleagues understand the purpose, progress, and impact of the transformation.
• Build strong relationships and develop a detailed understanding of the programme's strategy, roadmap, workstreams, milestones and priorities, identifying upcoming communications requirements and anticipating key moments.
• Translate complex programme, business, process, data, and technology information into clear, relevant, and accessible communications for colleagues across Haleon.
• Ensure communications plans are informed by audience needs and reflect the different experiences, information requirements, and levels of impact across functions, operating units, markets, sites, and colleague groups.
