Job summary

The Hut Group (THG) is seeking a Senior Manager in Internal Audit to lead the Group’s audit programme globally. Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will deliver audits across multiple business units, engage with the Executive team, and drive continuous improvement of Internal Audit processes while mentoring and developing the team.

• Experience in internal audit or assurance.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and influence outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Internal Audit plan across the Group’s global footprint.
• Liaise with Executive team and Senior Management.
• Develop audit programmes and provide advisory support to the business.
