CHEP UK Ltd. is hiring a Senior Internal Audit Manager in London. The role is hybrid with two days in the office and 20% international travel, focusing on risk-based internal audits and partner collaboration across the business.

You will oversee audit planning, scopes, and reviews, lead complex assessments, and deliver actionable improvements while mentoring junior staff. This is a globally oriented role within an inclusive, sustainability-driven company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Internal Audit.
• Experience in global matrixed organisations.
• 2+ years of people management.
• Proficient in data analytics to support audit reviews.
• Strong understanding of technology risks and controls.

Responsibilities

• Shape the audit plan — contribute to rolling, risk-based Internal Audit plan.
• Define audit scopes and work programmes in partnership with Management.
• Lead reviews of financial and business processes, risk management and controls.
• Deliver practical, value-adding recommendations to strengthen processes.
• Report insights to the Audit & Risk Committee and Management.
• Follow up on actions and track implementation of recommendations.
• Support special reviews and complex audits.
