Job summary

Diageo, a world-leading premium drinks company, seeks an experienced internal audit professional to lead complex assurance reviews and manage end-to-end projects. You will deliver insights to strengthen controls and governance, and translate data into risk-focused recommendations.

The role requires 4–8 years of audit experience, knowledge of COSO and related standards, and strong stakeholder management across Europe. Based in London head office with occasional office visits as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in internal/process/SOX auditing, risk management consulting, or business process improvement.
• Knowledge of audit methodologies, system development methodologies, project management, COSO frameworks and standards.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present findings clearly and logically.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex internal audit assurance reviews end-to-end and manage projects to timely delivery.
• Provide insights to promote effective operations, governance, controls and risk management.
• Synthesize data into meaningful insights and identify root causes.
• Engage with stakeholders across Europe and Global Functions as a trusted business partner.
