Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Global Audit Manager in London to lead complex internal audit assurance reviews and ensure timely, end-to-end delivery in line with the team’s Ways of Working. You will provide actionable insights to strengthen governance, risk management and controls across the business.

The role requires 4–8 years’ experience in internal/process/SOX auditing, strong data analysis and COSO knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Education: CA certification or equivalent.
• 4–8 years’ experience in internal/process/SOX auditing, risk management consulting, or process improvement preferred.
• Knowledge of audit methodologies, system development methodologies, project management, and COSO frameworks.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with root-ccause analysis and clear findings presentation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and data modelling techniques.
• Relationship management and business partnering with operating management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex internal audit assurance reviews and manage end-to-end projects per WoW.
• Provide insights to promote effective operations, governance, controls and risk management.
• Support relationship management with key business stakeholders across Europe and Global Functions.
• Develop and participate in self-development within the team and contribute to others’ growth.
• Deliver non-audit initiatives across the CARE Team.
• Role based in London head office with office visits as needed; international travel required.
