Job summary

Diageo plc in London is seeking a Global Audit Manager to lead complex internal audit assurance reviews and drive end-to-end project delivery across the business. You will synthesize data, provide governance insights and support risk management across regions.

The role requires strong relationship management with European and Global Functions, and travel. Based at our London head office with on-site involvement as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: CA (Certifications in IIA, CIA will be added advantage).
• Minimum of 4-8 years’ experience in internal/process/SOX auditing or risk consulting.
• Knowledge of audit methodologies, COSO frameworks and standards.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with ability to present findings clearly.
• Experience with data modelling and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex internal audit assurance reviews and end-to-end project delivery.
• Provide insights to promote effective governance, controls and risk management.
• Synthesize data into meaningful insights and identify root causes.
• Develop relationships with operating management and act as trusted partner.
• Participate in non-audit initiatives within CARE Team.
