Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an Infrastructure and Resort Development Project Director in the United Kingdom. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to plan, design, construct and commission infrastructure and resort development across the ERC, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, quality, safety and guest experience objectives.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong stakeholder management, and collaboration across departments to deliver enabling public roadways, bridges and construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction, Management or related field.
• Experience in construction project management and delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Experience with scheduling, estimating, bidding and negotiations.
• Knowledge of roadways, rail development and roadway structures.
• Ability to interpret design and construction drawings and technical docs.
• Experience managing budgets, cash flow, cost control and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Direct project strategy, planning, commercial management and stakeholder coordination.
• Lead design integration, construction execution and commissioning activities.
• Minimise risks, disputes, change orders and interface disruptions.
• Maintain schedule, budget, quality and field operations with hands-on leadership.
• Provide leadership to internal, consultant and contractor teams; ensure document control.
