Job summary

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead complex infrastructure programs across geographies, delivering enterprise-scale solutions with resilience, efficiency, and exceptional user experience.

You will bridge strategy and execution, shaping roadmaps while balancing automation, governance, and human oversight. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors to meet time, scope, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

Proven ability to deliver large-scale, cross-functional technology projects.
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong experience in roadmap development, work prioritization, and delivery planning.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and project tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of global infrastructure and technology projects, from initiation to handover.
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues and dependencies.
Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, and AI-assisted delivery methods.
Mentor teams to build delivery discipline and accountability.
