Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an Industrialisation Engineer in Stafford for a 6-month contract to lead the global transfer of manufacturing capabilities from the Stafford site to our India facility. The role also supports Stafford with NPI, DFM, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safety, quality, and cost targets are met.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading technical projects in manufacturing.
• Strong project management, facilitation, and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management and technical execution of transferring production capabilities to the India site.
• Oversee the relocation of equipment ensuring safety, quality, cost and compliance standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between international manufacturing teams and Stafford to complete knowledge transfer.
• Support NPI in Stafford ensuring design-for-manufacturing excellence.
• Drive Lean CI initiatives to optimise manufacturing efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of production equipment including strategy, procurement, installation and commissioning.
