Job summary

EY Tax Technology & Transformation (TTT) is delivering tax transformation programmes for major clients across multiple countries. As a Manager, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams of tax specialists, finance transformation professionals, data analysts and technology consultants to improve how tax data is sourced, managed and governed.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate tax, tax accounting, tax reporting, finance transformation, ERP implementation or related consulting.
• Strong understanding of tax and/or finance processes, with a genuine interest in technology-enabled transformation.
• Experience with tax reporting or tax provision processes and underlying data requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CTA/CA/CIMA) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver tax transformation programmes across people, process, data, technology and operating model change.
• Work with clients to understand current tax and finance processes, identify improvement opportunities and help define future-state operating models.
• Participate in the implementation and optimisation of tax and finance technology solutions, including tax reporting, provision and compliance platforms, as well as ERP and EPM systems.
• Analyse tax and financial data requirements, support data-mapping activities and help clients improve the quality, governance and accessibility of tax data.
• Collaborate with tax, finance and technology stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into practical technology-enabled solutions.
• Support project management activities, including workstream coordination, issue resolution, stakeholder communication and delivery reporting.
• Contribute to business development activities, thought leadership and proposal development for new client opportunities.
