Job summary

Bramwith Consulting is partnering with a leading international manufacturing organisation to appoint a Global Category Manager – Indirect Procurement. The role owns global indirect spend of around £50m across 8 sites, covering facilities, engineering services, maintenance, professional services, logistics, IT, HR services, travel and utilities.

You will develop and implement category strategies, lead negotiations and drive savings while engaging senior stakeholders across sites to transform

Qualifications

• Strong experience in indirect category management and strategic sourcing.
• Experience across multiple indirect categories, ideally within manufacturing.
• Proven negotiation, supplier management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience developing category strategies and delivering commercial value.
• Exposure to global, multi-site environments or procurement transformation advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global indirect category strategies.
• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and contract management across multiple categories.
• Identify cost savings, supplier consolidation and commercial opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple sites.
• Drive supplier performance, procurement governance and process improvements.
• Support the wider global procurement transformation.
