Scottish Government OGD Recruitment is seeking an International Delivery and Performance Adviser to help turn Scotland's international activity into clear impact. You will blend performance, strategy and stakeholder engagement to translate complex information into meaningful insight for high-level decision-making.

You will work with analysts, policy colleagues and senior leaders to drive continuous improvement, ensuring priorities are tracked, measured and communicated.

Formación

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation aligned with international activity.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support structured objective setting, tracking delivery and measuring outcomes across international activity.
• Lead routine monitoring and reporting processes ensuring timely, accurate performance information.
• Support development of monitoring and evaluation approaches to evidence impact.
• Contribute to reporting on international activity with clear, evidence-based outputs.
• Analyse information on international network activity, finance and achievements and provide insight to senior leaders.
