Job summary

Omega in Gloucestershire Stroud area is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer - Maintenance on a permanent basis. You will service, adjust and repair plant equipment, conduct condition checks, and implement improvements within a world-class, globally expanding manufacturing site.

A strong electrical/mechanical bias and manufacturing background are preferred. Excellent pension, flexible benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance or similar.
• HND or HNC diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• To service, adjust, and repair machinery and equipment safely using the necessary tools.
• To examine machinery and equipment and report on condition, performance, and plan of action for improvements.
• Carry out planned and preventive maintenance according to agreed schedules.
• Share good ideas to form mini projects to improve the plant performance.
