Job summary

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification required.
• 5–7+ years of accounting experience, Big 4 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SEC 20-F annual report disclosures.
• Draft and review IFRS/US GAAP footnote disclosures.
• Research new accounting standards and SEC regulations.
• Support close and consolidation processes and journal entries.
• Maintain internal controls to ensure SOX compliance.
• Coordinate with legal, IR, and internal audit.
• Assist with equity award processing with payroll.
