Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Director level Enterprise Architect to pioneer the modernisation of our Identity and Network architecture. You will secure access and connectivity for BCGers and clients worldwide, 24x7, 365 days a year, with deep IAM and zero-trust expertise.

You will lead cross‑functional efforts to define a shared identity‑first direction, influence senior stakeholders, and drive architectural guardrails across the global firm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise identity and network estates at global scale, with value, cost, and roadmapping ownership.
• Experience planning global identity and network estates across requirements, technology, cost and rationalisation.
• Proven ability to present to senior leaders, including the C-Suite.

Responsabilités

• Define the architecture of identity, access, and network connectivity to support secure, seamless experiences for employees and clients.
• Lead the development of architectures across identity and access management and zero trust network access.
• Drive a modern, zero-trust approach to identity and network within a large, matrixed organisation.
